The master’s thesis takes a look at the nature of the speaker and the need for unique furniture on the example of commissioned work for Tallinn Secondary School of Science. The author describes the creation of furniture that suits the context, researching the target environment and the end user, and relies on the requirements of the customer to create a practical solution. The master’s thesis also tries to open the position of an author and discusses the problems of modern design.
