My thesis is about the experience of getting help among mental health patients. During the first half of the work, I analyse the answers of a questionnaire prepared by Peaasi.ee and the Estonian Youth Mental Health Movement, which provide input on the current experience of those in need. During the second half of my work, I create a prototype for an e-health platform’s patient-side view and test it on current and former mental health patients.

The main goal of my thesis was to empathise with the questionnaire respondents and to create a tool that would support mental health patients on their treatment route.
